For those classic sleepy, curled-up newborn portraits, sessions are typically best during the first 1–3 weeks after birth. During this stage, babies often sleep more deeply and naturally settle into those adorable newborn poses.

But don't worry if your baby is a little older! Every baby is different, and beautiful newborn and baby portraits can still be created outside of that traditional window.

It's such a beautiful full-circle moment for us here at Seaside Imaging of Florida, and your sonographer / photographer has over 18 years of experience in newborn and infant photography! Fun fact: She owned a 1300 sf photography studio in Rincon Georgia before her family made the trek to Florida to continue her professional growth as a Maternal-Fetal-Medicine sonographer.
